Bangkok, one of the world's most visited cities, saw 20.8 million international visitors in 2016, representing annual growth of around 7.5%. "This is good news for Thailand's hotel sector as more international arrivals will help ensure continued growth in demand for hotel accommodation. "The future looks bright for the tourism sector in Thailand. So do prospects in the Bangkok hotel sector," Mr Sorgiovanni said.
